The Application Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on core product development and future innovations. You'll partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build end-to-end features across web and mobile platforms, empowering VPs, marketers, sales ops, and sales representatives with data-driven insights and powerful tools for MedTech sales strategy.
Key responsibilities include collaborating across teams to shape solutions to real-world challenges, developing key features and workflows that impact patient care, using data insights to identify product enhancements and performance improvements, influencing team culture and processes, exploring and adopting new tools and technologies, and mentoring junior engineers.
You'll work with a modern tech stack including JavaScript, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, and SQL. The role emphasizes agentic AI development practices—you'll instinctively build using tools like Claude Code and Codex, pushing boundaries of what's possible with agentic development. The team values extreme ownership, agency, autonomy, and constant communication of intentions and learnings.
Required: 5+ years as a software engineer in product domains, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience), full-stack proficiency with modern web technologies, customer obsession in fast-paced environments, curiosity about emerging technologies, and strong teamwork with empathetic leadership. US work permit required.
