Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 / annual
Section 32 is seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the social media strategy for one of its portfolio companies operating in the AI space. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Palo Alto, CA.
You will own and grow the company's digital voice across social channels, starting with LinkedIn and X (Twitter), with plans to expand to additional platforms over time. The primary objective is to build meaningful engagement with enterprise decision-makers, including CHROs, CIOs, and CFOs, positioning the company as a thought leader in the AI and enterprise software space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Creating compelling, original content that resonates with executive and technical audiences
- Building and amplifying the company's executive and brand presence across platforms
- Turning social channels into strategic growth engines that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Managing day-to-day social media operations, community engagement, and analytics
- Collaborating with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure messaging consistency and relevance
Ideal candidates bring:
- Proven experience managing social media for high-growth B2B AI, SaaS, or crypto companies
- Deep understanding of how to create executive-level thought leadership content
- Track record of growing engaged communities on LinkedIn and X
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Strategic mindset: viewing social media as a growth and positioning tool, not just a publishing channel
- Strong writing and communication skills
