You will join as Senior Social Media & Content Manager, owning the full social strategy and execution for the company. Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the social media strategy across all platforms, managing the content calendar from concept through delivery
- Repurposing long-form content assets (blog posts, eGuides, research reports, webinars) into social-native short-form and serialized formats optimized for engagement
- Writing and managing recurring short-form content for subject-matter experts and functional leads, including byline series, resource articles, and campaign-driven copy for events and demand generation
- Owning and evolving the team's content systems—calendar, briefing templates, and social brand guidelines—as the function scales
- Partnering closely with demand generation, product, and broader content/communications teams to scope campaigns and content from concept through final delivery
- Shaping how major company moments and product releases appear on social, from initial concept through execution
You'll work in a fast-moving, values-driven culture (Fearless, Fast, Lovable, Owners, Win-Win, Inclusive) with a tightly knit support network and meaningful impact on a company on the same growth trajectory as later-stage vertical AI leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep, hands-on social media experience: you have personally run organic social strategy and execution for a brand, including managing the calendar, stakeholder management, setting cadence, and making platform-specific judgment calls
- Proven ability to translate complex, technical, or dry subject matter into scroll-stopping, native social content
- Strong visual storytelling instinct: you can pair copy with the right format (carousel, short video, graphic) and make format decisions without relying on a designer for every post
- Genuine curiosity about how audit and advisory professionals engage online, with a collaborative mindset comfortable with editing and iteration
