As Senior SEO Manager, you will lead advanced SEO strategy development for large-scale enterprise accounts, reporting to the SEO Director. You will manage a team of SEO professionals and own the full lifecycle of technical SEO programs, from strategy conception through execution and optimization. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, geo-targeting, content optimization, and link-building initiatives. You'll conduct in-depth technical audits addressing site architecture, crawlability, and indexation issues, then implement solutions to enhance search performance and rankings. You will collaborate directly with enterprise clients to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable SEO recommendations. You'll oversee SEO roadmap creation and maintenance, ensuring projects deliver within budget and timeline constraints. Leveraging data pipelines and cloud technology, you'll automate reporting processes and build datasets that surface actionable insights from GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms. Mentorship is a core part of the role—you'll guide junior team members' professional development and foster a culture of continuous learning. You'll stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage for clients. Required: 5+ years in web technologies (servers, applications, middleware, front-end frameworks) and their SEO implications. Proven ability to develop and execute SEO strategies at scale with measurable results. Strong data analysis skills and experience leading project teams. Proactive troubleshooting mindset and track record mentoring junior staff.
