As Senior SEO Manager, you will lead the development and execution of advanced SEO strategies for large-scale enterprise accounts, reporting to the SEO Director.

You will lead technical SEO programs for enterprise-level accounts, conducting in-depth audits to resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation. You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations for achieving desired organic growth and online visibility outcomes.
You will oversee SEO roadmap creation and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeline constraints. The role involves leveraging data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for comprehensive reporting and insights. You'll stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
As a people leader, you will mentor and support junior SEO professionals, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within your team.
Required qualifications include 6+ years of experience in web technologies (servers, applications, middleware, front-end frameworks) and their SEO implications. You must demonstrate strong ability to work with large datasets using GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to extract actionable insights. Proven track record of developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive problem-solving approach required. Previous experience leading project teams and mentoring junior professionals is mandatory.
