Re:Build Manufacturing is building Reflow, an AI-powered platform purpose-built for hardware product development. The platform listens across tools teams already use, maintains a structured view of every program, and proactively coordinates across disciplines when changes occur.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on Senior SecDevOps engineer to define the infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and operational foundation of this high-potential product. You will work alongside the engineering team and head of product to build and maintain infrastructure powering the platform—including deployment pipelines, cloud environments, monitoring systems, and operational tooling that keeps AI agents and real-time data flows running reliably at scale.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS using Terraform; building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments; implementing comprehensive observability (monitoring, logging, alerting, distributed tracing); establishing and enforcing security best practices (secrets management, network policies, vulnerability scanning, compliance automation); supporting AI/ML infrastructure including model serving and data pipelines; building developer experience tooling (local dev environments, preview deployments, self-service provisioning); and collaborating with backend and frontend engineers on seamless application-infrastructure integration.
Required: 5+ years in SecDevOps, SRE, or platform engineering; demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude); expert-level experience with a major cloud provider (GCP preferred); strong Terraform and Docker proficiency; proven CI/CD pipeline design experience; solid networking fundamentals; Python automation skills; ability to balance rapid iteration with reliable, documented infrastructure.
Highly valuable: experience supporting AI/ML workloads in production, Kubernetes, observability platforms, security compliance frameworks.
