Rubrik is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Planning to join its high-performing Sales Strategy and Operations team in London. This role sits at the strategic core of the organization, driving sales planning strategy, processes, and innovations to scale Go-to-Market (GTM) operations as the company accelerates growth in international markets.
Key responsibilities include leading analyses supporting annual and quarterly planning cycles, including revenue targets, headcount allocation, quota modeling, segmentation, and coverage design. You will own analytics and develop tools and models to support planning cycles such as territory planning and quota allocation, translating long-term business strategy into concrete, executable GTM plans.
You will harness analytical expertise to assess key performance metrics, create deep-dive analyses, and identify opportunities to elevate the sales organization. This includes building QBR and executive-facing materials, developing impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights into business health with a focus on unlocking exponential growth.
The role requires close collaboration with operational teams (Field Operations, Sales Compensation) to translate GTM plans into action, ensuring seamless implementation of changes and continuous process improvements. You will bring a mindset of innovation, continually challenging the status quo to identify smarter ways to achieve business outcomes.
