The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will own end-to-end sales order management, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, backlog management, and timely revenue booking. This role bridges Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to resolve operational issues, maintain data integrity, and enable smooth order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Validating and processing customer orders with accurate pricing, product information, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Managing order backlog and coordinating fulfillment to support timely revenue booking
- Reviewing, verifying, and maintaining customer contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
- Partnering cross-functionally to identify and resolve order discrepancies and facilitate seamless processing
- Monitoring order status and fulfillment timelines to ensure on-time delivery and positive customer experience
- Analyzing operational processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Supporting automation initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvement projects, including UAT participation
- Maintaining accurate sales operations data and providing timely reporting and stakeholder updates
This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or related field
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and managing sales/order-related data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks while taking ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
PREFERRED:
- Experience in order management, sales operations, or quote-to-cash processes
- Experience with customer contracts, purchase orders, order backlog, and revenue-related processes
- Exposure to process automation, system implementations, system upgrades, or UAT activities
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams
- Strong proficiency in analyzing operational data and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused business environments
- Flexibility to work night shifts based on business requirements
