As Senior Sales Executive for Global Logistics Payments, you will lead Tensec's market entry into Brazil's international trade corridor, focusing on carriers, freight forwarders, and commodity traders. This is a territory-building role with significant ownership and autonomy. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying, engaging, and closing logistics and trade companies operating Brazil's flows to the Americas, Europe, and Asia - Building multi-threaded relationships across commercial, treasury, operations, and compliance stakeholders - Owning Total Payment Volume (TPV) growth and account penetration expansion - Positioning Tensec's BRL/PIX rails and cross-border payment structures against client cost structures - Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through pilot, activation, and expansion - Providing market intelligence on corridor economics, freight dynamics, and regulatory shifts to inform product development - Partnering with compliance on KYB, regulatory alignment, and onboarding Required qualifications: - 8+ years of progressive enterprise sales or business development in international transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or global supply chain - Proven track record closing large, strategic accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales - Established relationships and firsthand experience in Brazil's international trade and logistics ecosystem - Deep understanding of how carriers, freight forwarders, and shippers operate - Native or near-native fluency in English and Portuguese The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Sao Paulo office. Compensation includes base salary, variable compensation, health insurance, meal vouchers, PTO, and learning/development budget.
