Salary: USD 159,000 - 188,000 / annual

You will serve as a key technical expert and trusted advisor in the North Central region (Great Lakes/Midwest), partnering closely with the Regional Sales Director throughout the full sales cycle. Your role bridges technical expertise and sales acumen, directly influencing customer adoption and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support customers and partners during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities
- Qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective, present solutions, gather requirements, and design architectures for quotations
- Act as the technical focal point managing communications with customers and partners
- Follow up on issue resolution and feature requests, coordinating with R&D as needed
- Deliver effective training programs for partners to drive product adoption and sales success
You bring proven experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles (consultant, systems integrator, or systems engineer), strong sales acumen with value-based selling expertise, and solid understanding of complex networks, protocols, and networking technologies. CCNA certification or equivalent is a plus. You have strong problem-solving skills, are goal-oriented, and proficient in written and spoken English. A bachelor's degree in computer systems, telecommunications, electrical/industrial engineering, controls, or equivalent experience is required. You're willing to travel 30% and based in or near the North Central region.
Nice-to-have skills include threat analysis, vulnerability management, incident management, penetration testing experience, relevant certifications, and genuine interest in industrial/OT environments.
