Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its LATAM team in a fully remote role, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You will be a critical technical resource supporting the sales organization, responsible for creating and delivering technical product presentations to prospective customers, gathering and translating customer technical requirements into solution designs, leading product evaluations and custom configurations, and designing evaluation test plans with customers to guide them to successful outcomes.
You will work within Zscaler's global Sales and Go-to-Market organization, collaborating with sales teams, customer success, solution architects, and business development partners to demonstrate the power of Zscaler's cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. The role requires deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking, combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence deal outcomes through technical credibility.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems Integrator, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), and proven hands-on expertise in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls) and cybersecurity. Preferred qualifications include industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+. You should demonstrate curiosity about AI tools and a track record of integrating new technologies into your workflows.
