Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the South Majors team, reporting to the Senior Sales Engineering Manager for the Americas Field Sales organization. This role is based remotely in Florida and focuses on architecting technical solutions that address critical customer pain points in cybersecurity and Zero Trust networking.
You will serve as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring Zscaler's cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform solutions align perfectly with customer goals and technical requirements. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering technical product presentations to prospective customers, gathering detailed customer technical requirements, leading product evaluations and custom configurations, and running Proof of Value engagements from start to finish as the technical and industry expert. You will collaborate closely with internal Zscaler teams to support the sales process and ensure customer success.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator with strong knowledge of network security technologies. You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate curiosity about AI tools, with a proven track record of integrating new technologies into your workflows. Preferred qualifications include industry certifications (CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP) and experience working with large enterprise and major accounts.
