Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical leadership in pre-sales for the Securiti AI portfolio following its recent acquisition. You will serve as the primary technical expert on data protection and AI security, guiding enterprise customers from needs assessment through solution design and proof-of-concept delivery.
In this role, you will lead discovery conversations to translate customer risk, architecture, and business goals into practical solution approaches. You'll design and deliver tailored demonstrations and hands-on proofs-of-concept that prove measurable value in customer environments. Your technical expertise will span AI Trust, Data Discovery, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Data Access & Governance, and compliance frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
You'll provide solution guidance across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity and access management concepts, and enterprise architecture patterns. You'll drive technical conversations at executive levels, translating security and compliance requirements into business enablement for safe, compliant AI at scale.
This is an individual contributor role where you'll be trusted as a technical leader and advisor to sales teams and customers. You bring proven enterprise sales engineering experience in data security or related domains, with strong technical credibility in data protection, cloud security, or AI governance. You're comfortable with complex technical architectures, can communicate across technical and business stakeholders, and excel at building trust through hands-on problem-solving.
