UiPath is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Presales Organization in Melbourne, supporting the ANZ Enterprise Sales teams. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive revenue through the sales cycle, with a focus on enterprise automation solutions.
Key responsibilities include partnering with sales teams on account strategy and opportunity qualification, leading end-to-end presales activities, and designing tailored solutions for clients. You will deliver high-level demonstrations that showcase business value, develop solution architectures for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud implementations, and resolve technical concerns around capabilities, security, and platform architecture.
You'll act as an evangelist for UiPath automation solutions, identifying customer needs and recommending optimal solutions. Collaboration is central: you'll work closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure successful implementation and gather feedback on product roadmap improvements.
Beyond client-facing work, you'll contribute to internal knowledge sharing, support marketing initiatives through speaking engagements and thought leadership, and participate in product release cycles. The role requires strong communication and discovery skills, with demonstrated experience in enterprise-level presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
Required qualifications include a solid balance of technical, business, and sales skills; experience with process discovery, process mining, automation solutions, and AI technologies (LLMs and agents); understanding of cloud and virtualization; and fluent English. UiPath platform knowledge and SAP experience are valued but not required. You should be self-motivated, proactive, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and willing to travel as needed.
