Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join the Revenue Enablement team. This role is dedicated to enabling the Velocity segment—a high-volume, fast-moving sales organization focused on speed, repeatability, and consistent execution across short sales cycles.
You will own enablement outcomes for the Velocity segment across new business and customer sales, including both dedicated reps and their managers. Key responsibilities include building repeatable playbooks, objection handling frameworks, and product positioning tailored for short, high-volume cycles. You'll analyze call data using tools like Gong, surface coaching themes and objection patterns, and design role-play and certification content grounded in real Velocity conversations.
You will drive measurable rep outcomes including 90-day conversion rates, multi-product attach rates, and time-to-ramp metrics. The role requires coaching front-line managers on reinforcing trained behaviors in the field, designing segment-specific product and multi-product enablement, and leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and iteration.
You'll maintain a consistent segment health readout covering what's working, what isn't, and top unmet needs. You'll partner with Sales Onboarding, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to keep proof points and playbooks current.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales enablement, high-velocity or SMB sales, or related L&D roles. Experience designing training for high-volume, transactional sales teams is essential. Familiarity with velocity/SMB sales motions, instructional design principles, and adult learning theory is valued. Proficiency with Gong, Salesforce, and generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) is important. Bonus experience includes SaaS/tech company background, multi-product attach enablement, and legal tech or regulated industry exposure.
Clio offers competitive salary ($112,800–$152,600 USD), hybrid work with minimum twice-weekly office expectations in Toronto/Calgary/Vancouver, flexible time off (20 days encouraged), comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits, 401k matching, EAP counseling, and a strong culture of diversity and inclusion.
