Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative based in Kuala Lumpur to drive new business development for the channel and sales organization. The role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation targeting key buyer personas in the region, with support for the Singapore market.
Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and multi-channel outreach to generate qualified demand, engaging potential clients to identify needs and present tailored data resilience and security solutions, and qualifying prospects into sales-ready opportunities. You will manage all prospecting activities, account information, and pipeline data in Salesforce, collaborating with sales teams to achieve monthly KPIs including leads generated, conversion rates, and meetings booked. The role requires staying current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and market developments while maintaining high-touch customer service throughout the qualification process.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales or customer service experience is valued but not required. Essential qualifications include fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese to support the Singapore market, excellent time management and multitasking ability, and proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Proficiency with Outlook, instant messaging, and phone communication is expected.
