Jellyfish is hiring a Senior Manager, Retail Media to lead day-to-day platform operations for Target Roundel and Criteo on a major, high-visibility household brand account. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will own campaign strategy, activation, and performance narrative across sophisticated non-Amazon retail media networks.
You will serve as the primary platform owner for Target Roundel (Target Product Ads/self-service), managing campaign architecture, budget pacing, bid strategy, keyword and targeting strategy, and tentpole event planning (e.g., Circle Week). You will also manage self-service Criteo activation across Lowe's, Costco, and Best Buy, including cross-retailer budget allocation, campaign structure, and performance analysis.
This role requires high self-direction and operational excellence. You will run your platforms end-to-end with limited day-to-day oversight: setting priorities against account goals, maintaining flawless organization across campaigns, budgets, timelines, and client deliverables, and keeping stakeholders informed. You own the details so account leadership does not have to.
Key responsibilities include leading the full client management rhythm (agenda-setting, status ownership, expectation management, proactive risk flagging), presenting performance and insights directly to client stakeholders in weekly and monthly forums, owning budget pacing and financial hygiene (spend caps, flight dating, billing reconciliation), translating retailer-specific results into cross-retailer strategy, building relationships with retailer partner teams, documenting processes and providing direction to execution support resources, and contributing to annual/quarterly planning and product launch support.
You bring 5+ years of hands-on retail media experience, with required expertise in Target Roundel (TPA/self-service) and strong preference for Criteo self-service. You demonstrate exceptional organizational command, proven self-direction at senior level, genuine understanding of client and campaign management, demonstrated client-facing communication leadership, and strong budget management fundamentals. Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential. You are US-based with availability for core US business hours (Central or Eastern time zone preferred).
Pluses include familiarity with Skai, Pacvue, or similar retail media management platforms; direct experience managing Roundel through major tentpole events at meaningful spend levels; experience navigating retailer credit/make-good processes; experience with distributed/offshore execution teams; reporting/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker); and category experience in home care, appliances, or durable goods.
