UiPath is seeking a Senior Renewals Specialist to own and drive successful renewals, retention, and expansion across enterprise customer accounts. You will manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customers, ensuring accurate forecasting and high on-time renewal rates. Key responsibilities include: owning renewal processes for assigned accounts; identifying and resolving renewal risks and commercial blockers; partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build renewal plans 90-180 days ahead of expiration; managing renewal quotes, proposals, order forms, and contract terms; analyzing renewal portfolios up to eight quarters in advance to identify revenue trends and churn risks; identifying expansion opportunities across UiPath's platform (automation, orchestration, AI/agentic automation, document processing, process intelligence, testing, cloud deployment); supporting customer migrations to current licensing models; maintaining accurate Salesforce records and forecasts; and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Solution Engineering, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor, connecting business outcomes and usage signals to renewal decisions, and meet or exceed renewal, retention, expansion, and forecast accuracy targets. Required qualifications: 5+ years in renewals, account management, customer success, sales, revenue operations, or commercial account ownership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software; 2+ years managing enterprise or strategic customer renewals, preferably in automation, cloud, AI, data, infrastructure, or workflow software; strong understanding of SaaS renewal motions, ARR, GRR/NRR, churn risk, and procurement cycles; proven ability to manage high-volume renewal portfolios with strong attention to detail; comfort negotiating with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders; strong executive communication skills; Salesforce experience; and US work authorization. Preferred: experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CPQ, Clari, Gainsight; familiarity with UiPath, RPA, enterprise automation, or workflow orchestration.
