As a Partner Account Manager based in Santa Clarita, you will be the primary driver of Human Interest's partnership strategy, responsible for building, developing, and amplifying referral relationships with key ecosystem partners including tech platforms, human capital management (HCM) providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space. Your role is to create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities that accelerate Human Interest's reach into underserved markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining partner relationships, proactively identifying and resolving emerging issues through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams. You will work closely with Partner Marketing to design and execute innovative initiatives such as educational events, webinars, and email campaigns to drive partner engagement and sales. Additionally, you'll establish business goals and performance metrics with partners, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute demand-generation activities that align with company growth objectives. You bring 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, with a proven track record in quota-driven sales environments. You are a highly motivated individual contributor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of operating independently while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are solutions-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable getting hands-on with operational partnership issues. Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred. The role requires 3 days per week in the field and a commitment to being based in the Santa Clarita area.
