OneTrust is seeking a Senior Renewals Associate to drive customer retention and revenue predictability for the Commercial Business Unit. This is a strategic individual contributor role focused on managing renewal strategy across a complex portfolio of high-value accounts.
Key responsibilities include leading renewal strategy and forecasting with exceptional accuracy through deep analysis and direct engagement insights. You will identify early warning signs of churn or contraction and implement mitigation plans in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams. You'll own renewal negotiations with executive-level stakeholders, advocating for value while protecting revenue.
You will partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to enhance renewal workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks. The role includes mentoring and supporting junior team members through deal coaching and renewal planning, as well as providing input to leadership on process improvements, renewal playbooks, and enablement initiatives. You'll participate in strategic retention initiatives and cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate is a retention strategist with a strong commercial mindset and impeccable attention to detail. You are analytical and data-driven, with confidence in owning and improving forecasting rigor. You bring proactive communication skills and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Required experience includes 3+ years of renewals, account management, or SaaS customer-facing experience, demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and renewal forecasting, and strong knowledge of CRM systems including Salesforce and reporting tools. Experience mentoring peers or leading small projects is expected. BA/BS in Business, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
