Deputy is becoming AI-native and seeks a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and pipeline growth across US regions.
In this role, you'll develop and execute region-specific growth plans targeting small-to-medium businesses (SMBs), managing the full marketing funnel from lead capture through sales handoff and post-campaign analysis. You've built and managed integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and field channels from strategy through optimization. You excel at end-to-end ownership, executing at pace both directly and through others, taking projects to completion, and learning from setbacks. You're agile, test-and-learn oriented, and move fast to scale winning programs. You have strong analytical skills using campaign and funnel data to evaluate performance and improve ROI. You're proficient with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics/reporting tools. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills round out the profile. Remote work across US time zones is expected; the company has hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, San Francisco, and London.
