Odeko is hiring a Senior Regional Manager to build and lead the Northeast region, covering New Jersey/Newark, New York City (two warehouses), Boston, and Portland, ME. This is a build-and-lead role, not a caretaker position. You will inherit a team of field Market Managers, including a senior Market Manager leading a small pod, plus a Strategic Account Manager who owns Odeko's largest corporate and franchise relationships in the Northeast. You will also work hands-on with the region's warehouse and fulfillment teams to solve joint sales/ops problems.
Key responsibilities include owning the regional revenue plan and forecast, setting and delivering targets for new doors and NRR/wallet share, and treating forecasts as commitments with precision and accountability. You will lead and coach the region's Market Managers through a structured coaching cadence including pipeline reviews, ride-alongs, and win/loss reviews. You'll develop reps into people capable of taking on more responsibility, not just carrying a book. Given that many reps come from small independent businesses or grew up inside Odeko, you'll meet the team where they are and build structured coaching and change management approaches to help them adopt new standards and processes.
You will lead value-based selling, equipping the team to win on total value—reliability, breadth, technology, and revenue per location—against local and regional competitors. You'll install baseline standards that every manager should own: how targets are set, how commission is calculated, and how HubSpot is used. Today these are tribal knowledge; you'll make them explicit and understood across the team.
You will provide real, daily leadership to the Strategic Account Manager, including coaching, compensation input, and account strategy for the region's largest corporate and franchise relationships. You'll ensure signed agreements actually convert at the door level by staying engaged through activation and partnering field teams on local execution.
