Salary: USD 195,000 - 260,000 / annual
Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead the global Tech Talent Acquisition function from the San Francisco office.
In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of senior tech recruiters while developing and executing Adyen's global Tech Talent Acquisition strategy. You'll partner directly with the CTO, Global Head of Product, and engineering/product leadership to ensure high-quality candidate assessments and recruiting process efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and developing a team of senior recruiters, multiplying knowledge across the global recruitment leadership function
- Creating and driving a talent acquisition strategy aligned with tech and product leadership priorities
- Leading global and local recruiting initiatives focused on data usage, process improvements, diversity/equity/inclusion, employer branding, and candidate experience
- Using people data and insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive continuous optimization
- Championing DEI initiatives and cultivating inclusive team environments
- Ensuring hiring quality aligned with company values and culture
You bring 12+ years of recruitment experience in fast-paced, global, matrixed organizations, with 6+ years leading teams. You have extensive full-cycle recruitment expertise with a focus on passive candidate attraction in competitive tech markets. You've led global recruiting projects, managed change initiatives, and created tech recruiting strategies. You're a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships, thrives in evolving environments, and act as a builder and change agent with a continuous improvement mindset. You're hands-on yet collaborative, comfortable with automation and simplification.
The role is based in San Francisco with an office-first culture requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week on average. Adyen values diverse perspectives and creates an inclusive environment where all backgrounds are welcome.
