Salary: USD 108,000 - 178,500 / annual
Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support hiring across Go-to-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) functions during a pivotal growth phase. You will own full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing—for roles in finance, operations, marketing, sales, and other non-technical functions.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, sourcing high-quality and diverse talent through creative outreach and tools like HireEZ, managing recruiting workflows in Ashby ATS, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience that reflects Temporal's values. You'll proactively identify and remove process bottlenecks to maintain velocity without compromising quality, and support onboarding transitions in collaboration with People Operations.

Required qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to finance, operations, marketing, and sales roles. Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or infrastructure/dev-tool company environment. Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities. Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and sourcing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interfacing with senior leadership. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent searches. Collaborative mindset with passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams. Strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness.
Nice to have: Familiarity with open-source communities or experience supporting developer-centric products, though curiosity and willingness to learn are valued.
