Ramp is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle GTM recruiting for its expansion into the UK market. You will own recruiting across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, and Customer Success roles, partnering with local and US-based leaders to build out the commercial team.
Key responsibilities include: conducting full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM hires; developing deep market knowledge of the UK technology talent landscape and building local networks; using research, data, and AI to identify and qualify exceptional candidates; running personalized, high-quality outreach grounded in candidate backgrounds; partnering with GTM leaders to define hiring profiles, processes, and compensation strategies; owning candidate experience from first conversation through offer close; building Ramp's presence in London through relationships and targeted community activity; collaborating with the wider GTM recruiting team on calibration and best practices; and helping scale Ramp's recruiting approach as it enters new markets.
You will need 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies where both quality and pace mattered. Strong knowledge of the UK tech talent market and a credible local network is essential, or demonstrated ability to build one quickly. You should have a track record of identifying and closing exceptional candidates, not simply executing inherited processes. Excellent sourcing and research instincts are required—you can articulate why someone is genuinely differentiated beyond title and company. Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions (AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success, RevOps) is expected. You must have strong candidate-closing judgment, the confidence to influence senior leaders and challenge mis-scoped searches, and comfort using data to diagnose funnel health. High ownership and specific, sharp written communication are non-negotiable.
Nice-to-haves include fintech/SaaS/infrastructure recruiting experience, prior experience as a first recruiter in a new geography, and familiarity with AI-augmented recruiting workflows.
This role offers unusual ownership over one of Ramp's key growth priorities with support from an established Talent team. You will directly impact the UK commercial team build, help leaders make better hiring decisions, and shape how Ramp recruits as it expands internationally.
