We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead hiring across the company's General and Administrative (G&A) organizations. This role owns high-impact, complex searches spanning Finance and Accounting, Legal, People & HR, Enterprise Operations, Information Technology, Facilities, and other critical corporate functions.
You will operate as both a hands-on talent partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, independently managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close. You'll translate business needs into effective talent strategies, leverage market insights and recruiting data to influence hiring decisions, and navigate the unique challenges of recruiting for specialized corporate roles in a defense-tech environment.
The ideal candidate is consultative, resourceful, highly accountable, and comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings and can balance strategic advisory work with hands-on execution. Experience recruiting for complex, specialized functions (finance, legal, operations, IT) in growth-stage or defense/aerospace companies is a strong plus.
