As Senior Project Manager in Business Operations, you will own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, working autonomously with minimal oversight. You'll manage a portfolio of business-critical projects spanning Sales, Finance, Commercial Systems, and RevOps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead projects from scoping through go-live, gathering requirements from Sales, Finance, and Commercial Systems stakeholders
- Manage scope, timelines, and escalate decisions and risks to leadership
- Coordinate Salesforce configuration changes and business process updates in partnership with Commercial Systems
- Design solutions and manage dependencies across Engineering, Business Process, Data Analytics, and Marketing Operations
- Run structured testing and UAT cycles, coordinate go-live communications (Slack, training, sales enablement)
- Track project status and report progress to leadership on regular cadence
- Mentor junior team members and improve team project delivery practices
- Lead AI-related projects to automate internal business operations processes
- Explore and refine use of AI tools in project delivery, testing scenarios, and presentations
You'll join a team of PMs and a Business Process Analyst, collaborating with specialists in sales operations, finance operations, and commercial systems. The role offers autonomy to structure ambiguous work, establish your own project delivery approach, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Substantial experience in project management within a SaaS environment, with understanding of pace, ambiguity, and cross-functional dynamics
- Hands-on experience with project management methods and tools to plan work, align stakeholders, and maintain delivery momentum
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ability to scope and validate changes to connected business processes (Salesforce experience welcome but not required)
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams that do not report to you
- Interest in applying AI tools to improve research, documentation, automation, or project workflows
- Comfortable operating with real autonomy—able to structure ambiguous work independently rather than requiring detailed direction
