Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and data specialists to drive client digital transformation. As Senior Programmatic Manager based in Mumbai, you will report to the US-based Senior Programmatic Manager and lead programmatic advertising strategy and execution for major client accounts.
You will optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms (DV360, CM360, Amazon DSP) using advanced analytics and attribution modeling to refine tactics and deliver measurable results. Your responsibilities include developing strategic insights to inform client strategies, partnering with Business Development on prospective client opportunities, and managing client relationships through written, verbal, and in-person communication.
You will interpret complex attribution models and third-party analytics data to inform media allocation and advertiser investment decisions. As the business expands, you will mentor and educate junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment that creates holistic advertiser solutions across the digital spectrum.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in display and programmatic advertising within an agency environment; deep expertise in real-time bidding, ad networks, demand-side platforms, and Google Marketing Platform technologies; advanced Excel proficiency with macros and SQL capabilities; strong business writing skills; and demonstrated ability to leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions. You should be comfortable managing competing demands with a structured approach and have a track record of experimenting with new methods and technologies to solve complex problems.
