Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the adoption and success of its Launched Effects product line with strategic defense clients. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on operational support for military and government customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key defense accounts, establishing and nurturing relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end-users. You'll develop deep understanding of client mission objectives and operational environments to proactively identify opportunities for Anduril's solutions. The role requires navigating complex government procurement processes, contracting mechanisms (DIU, SBIR, OTA), and funding cycles to ensure successful program execution and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs. You'll address inquiries promptly, coordinate with internal technical support and engineering teams for rapid issue resolution, and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. You'll ensure clients receive timely updates on product enhancements and technical documentation. You will drive successful adoption and integration of Launched Effects products into client operations, demonstrating mission value and operational superiority. This includes identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts—upselling new features, cross-selling adjacent technologies, and securing follow-on contracts. You'll develop comprehensive account plans and sales strategies aligned with client requirements and Anduril's objectives. Tactical execution involves coordinating logistics for demonstrations, training sessions, and field support visits; monitoring operational status and usage data of deployed systems; processing orders for upgrades and spare parts; and facilitating contract renewals. You'll conduct technical presentations to diverse audiences, from specialists to general officers. This role requires strategic thinking, technical aptitude, exceptional relationship-building skills, and commitment to national security. You'll champion client needs internally and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Integration teams to inform product roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
