As a Senior Product Training Specialist, you'll join the Customer & Partner Education team to scale training reach and customer support globally. You'll focus primarily on the Scale segment (commercial and mid-market accounts), helping thousands of customers derive immediate value from Samsara's connected operations platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based one-to-many training programs for customers, guiding groups through structured learning journeys from onboarding through advanced product adoption
- Design innovative experiences tying together physical and digital assets with live sessions and community experiences
- Produce new training materials and adapt existing materials to reflect product changes and audience needs, maintaining team standards and brand guidelines
- Leverage in-house and external tools and platforms to optimize training delivery (Samsara Community, in-house AI tools, Slido, etc.)
- Make complex platform concepts accessible and actionable across transportation, construction, field services, and other industries Samsara serves
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain constant communication with key stakeholders
You'll impact industries that power the global economy—your sessions can affect whether truck drivers deliver goods safely and on time, whether students get dropped off safely, or whether critical infrastructure is restored quickly after disasters. This is a remote position open to US candidates except those in the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
