Okta is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist for the EMEA region, based in Munich. This role bridges global product marketing strategy with regional execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will translate global positioning, value frameworks, and product launches into locally relevant go-to-market strategies that resonate with regional buying behaviors and industry dynamics. Key responsibilities include supporting product launches and GTM strategies across EMEA, localizing global marketing campaigns for key and emerging markets, and optimizing product messaging for diverse audiences. You will adapt global sales content for EMEA relevance, equipping sales and partner teams with compelling messaging, competitive insights, and use cases. Regional feedback will inform positioning refinement and enablement strategies. You will tailor product messaging to resonate with EMEA customers while maintaining global consistency, collaborating with content teams to adapt marketing assets including case studies, blogs, and web pages. Market research is a core responsibility: you will conduct analysis on customer trends, industry shifts, and regulatory considerations specific to EMEA, analyze competitors, and identify differentiation opportunities. Insights will be shared with global and regional teams to inform strategy. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or related fields, with familiarity in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or cloud security. You should have a proven track record owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer persona creation, and competitive battlecards end-to-end. Strong written and verbal storytelling skills are essential for communicating complex technical products clearly and concisely. Experience launching solutions to EMEA, solid understanding of enterprise buying behaviors, regulatory landscapes, and business cultures across key EMEA sub-regions is required. You must be fluent in German and English. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) is required. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
