Deepgram is the leading platform for Voice AI, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and production-grade voice agents at scale. The company has processed over 50,000 years of audio and serves 200,000+ developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Sierra.
You'll own the go-to-market motion for Deepgram's Voice Agent platform—a unified API combining speech-to-text, LLM orchestration, and text-to-speech in real time. This is a market ownership role where you define how Deepgram positions itself in a fast-moving category and drive adoption from developer trial through enterprise deployment.
Key responsibilities include: owning the voice agent category narrative and positioning; building and executing GTM strategy across developer adoption, pipeline influence, and account expansion; leading product launches for new conversational capabilities, latency advances, and deployment options; developing positioning across the build spectrum (DIY frameworks vs. managed platforms vs. enterprise suites); enabling sales with collateral, customer stories, benchmarks, and TCO narratives; collaborating with Product on market and competitive intelligence; driving developer-facing content with Developer Relations; and building AI-assisted PMM workflows to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and content production.
You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Developer Relations, and Demand Gen to keep the voice agent story consistent and compelling. The role requires understanding the full voice stack—how STT, TTS, and LLM orchestration come together—while knowing how pieces show up in broader enterprise deals. You'll need to move fluidly between technical developer audiences and business buyers, crafting both architecture stories and experiential narratives.
The company operates with an AI-first mindset. AI use and comfort are core to how Deepgram operates, innovates, and measures performance. You're expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, integrate them into your workflows, and build repeatable AI-assisted systems rather than one-off prompts. Change is rapid, and your day-to-day work will evolve quickly.
