Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and positioning for its Observability products. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to define product value, messaging, and launch strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with and mentor product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, including competitive positioning and sales enablement collateral
- Create customer-facing materials such as reference architectures, implementation guides, and detailed product information to help customers evaluate and adopt products
- Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to drive growth across the entire customer journey
- Conduct market and customer research to identify pain points, competitive threats, and growth opportunities
- Train and enable go-to-market and sales teams on product capabilities and value delivery
- Teach product managers and engineers how to think about growth and demand, codifying product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes
