Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth of its Observability products through bold positioning and customer-focused campaigns. You will own messaging and positioning for a broad product area, working closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers evaluate and sellers enable adoption.

You'll codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that the broader organization can leverage. The team contributes to a shared knowledge base used to generate enablement materials and decks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral
- Create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information
- Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to drive growth across the entire customer journey
- Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition, and opportunities
- Teach go-to-market and sales teams product capabilities and value; deliver training and enablement to ensure customer-facing teams effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring both high-level thinking and tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts). Grafana Labs is a fast-paced, growing organization where team members crave impact and independence. The company is 100% remote with team members across 40+ countries, backed by leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, and others. Customers include Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
