Anchorage Digital is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning and go-to-market strategy for its stablecoin infrastructure platform. This role focuses on how institutions mint, redeem, bridge, custody, settle, and manage USD stablecoins through Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. (the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S.), including the API developer surface and payments services that enable banks to move dollars onchain without correspondent banking.
You will serve multiple buyer personas: payments and treasury leads at banks and fintechs, trading desks and exchanges that settle in stablecoins, and engineers and product managers integrating against the API. Your buyers prioritize speed, cost, counterparty risk, and regulatory standing, and are evaluating Anchorage against crypto-native infrastructure providers, bank consortia, and the status quo.
As a generalist product marketing manager on a small team, you will own the full product marketing function while also carrying brand, events, and communications responsibilities for your product lines. Core responsibilities include: writing positioning, messaging, and ICP definitions; building and maintaining sales toolkits (pitch decks, one-pagers, solution pages, competitive battlecards, FAQs, case studies); running product launches end-to-end; producing institutional and technical content (web copy, blog posts, developer guides, white papers, webinars, conference talks); translating infrastructure concepts into clear business cases for different audiences; building competitive positioning against both crypto-native and traditional banking alternatives; owning the brand and events calendar; developing platform fluency; partnering with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities; ensuring Legal and Compliance alignment; and gathering and sharing market intelligence across the organization.
You will be the marketing point of contact for the stablecoin infrastructure business and will coordinate with broader Marketing teams (design, demand generation, social, communications) on launches. The role requires comfort with regulatory and compliance review and the ability to write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Note: Anchorage Digital requires all new hires to complete in-person onboarding for security and cultural reasons. The company has offices in San Francisco, New York, Porto, Singapore, and Sioux Falls.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least part of that experience marketing an API, platform, or infrastructure product in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital assets
- Demonstrated ownership of positioning and go-to-market for a technical product end-to-end (ICP, messaging, launch, sales enablement) with measurable results
- Ability to write clearly for both treasurers and engineers, in short and long form, and explain settlement, minting/redemption, or cross-chain bridging without a glossary
- Experience with brand, events, or communications programs beyond product marketing alone; willingness to carry these responsibilities on a small team
- Track record of selling alongside sales teams: building decks, training reps, sitting in on calls, and iterating pitch based on feedback
- Comfort with regulatory and compliance review; ability to treat it as part of getting the story right rather than an obstacle
- Demonstrated ability to search for and use client, prospect, developer, and competitor insights to inform product and messaging decisions
BONUS:
- Experience marketing payments infrastructure, developer platforms, or settlement/treasury products
- Work with developer relations or production of developer-facing content (integration guides, API overviews)
- Experience marketing to banks and understanding how banks evaluate new money-movement vendors
- Knowledge of stablecoin settlement, bank adoption of onchain payments, and relevant policy (e.g., GENIUS Act)
