In this hands-on strategic role, you will plan and deliver integrated campaigns across brand-building, performance marketing, events, product releases, and customer expansion initiatives. Take ownership of outcomes and help improve campaign planning, prioritization, documentation, and execution as the company scales. • Driving brand awareness and demand generation: Create long-term campaigns that build awareness and attract high-quality inbound demand. Execute performance marketing tactics including review sites, paid social, retargeting, and high-intent channels to capture active buyers. Ensure all demand generation activity is efficient, measurable, and connected to funnel progression. • Owning and delivering events: Plan, manage, and execute hosted events, webinars, roundtables, third-party conferences, executive experiences, and customer engagements. Own the end-to-end event approach including objectives, audience recruitment, sales briefing, logistics, delivery, follow-up, and performance measurement. • Partnering with Product Marketing: Translate GTM strategy, product launches, and audience-specific programs into effective campaign activity. Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management to support customer expansion initiatives. • Leading cross-functional execution: Serve as project lead for campaign delivery, working with the Marketing Center of Excellence team. Brief asset requirements, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and coordinate internal and external resources. • Enabling Sales: Establish feedback loops with SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales leaders. Provide campaign context, targeted lead lists, messaging, enablement materials, and follow-up guidance to improve conversion. • Measuring and optimizing performance: Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns are built on strong data, systems, and attribution foundations. Track performance across the full funnel and use insights to optimize future activity. This is a hybrid role based in Paris (at least 2 days per week in-office). You'll join a fast-moving, international company of 27 nationalities with a culture that values ambition, care, delivery, and collaboration.
