Deepgram is the leading platform for Voice AI, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agents at scale. The company has processed over 50,000 years of audio and serves 200,000+ developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Vapi.
As the first dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager for Solutions Marketing, you will translate Deepgram's platform capabilities into outcome-focused narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers. Rather than selling speech models, you'll articulate how Deepgram enables specific business outcomes: patient intake systems that capture medication names accurately, drive-thru ordering that gets orders right, and federal deployments that run air-gapped.
You will own the complete solutions bill of materials end-to-end for priority use cases and verticals, including narratives, first-call decks, solution briefs, hero demo scripts, battlecards, proof points, and web copy—refreshed quarterly and validated by actual seller adoption. You'll build use-case-first messaging anchored on what buyers deploy (voice agents for support, clinical documentation, ordering, intake) and layer vertical multipliers (healthcare, federal, financial services, CX/restaurants).
Key responsibilities include leading the solutions layer of major product launches, mining sales calls and win-loss data for messaging evidence, feeding demand generation and field teams with campaign-ready narratives, owning competitive positioning by segment, and building a repeatable, AI-powered solutions content engine for intake, production, distribution, and measurement.
You'll work closely with Product Marketing leadership, sales, Applied Engineering, DevRel, Demand Gen, and Partner/Customer Marketing teams. Success is measured by pipeline impact, win rates, and deal velocity—not asset count.
The role requires 5–7 years of solutions, product, or portfolio marketing experience in B2B SaaS with at least one technical or API-first product. You must bring a portfolio of solutions marketing work (briefs, decks, battlecards, plays) and demonstrate proven daily use of AI to accelerate workflows and build reusable systems. You'll need hands-on enablement experience with measurable seller adoption, demand gen partnership fluency, and excellent writing that works for both technical reviewers and enterprise buyers. Experience in voice AI is a plus.
