Writer is an enterprise AI platform enabling Fortune 500 companies to build and deploy AI agents grounded in their proprietary data. As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform & LLMs, you will own go-to-market strategy for Writer's IT-facing products, positioning the platform as the most trusted, governable AI solution for regulated enterprises.
You will drive end-to-end product marketing including positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and competitive differentiation. Key responsibilities include developing sales enablement assets (battlecards, pitch decks, objection guides) that equip the field to win with CISOs, IT architects, and enterprise buyers. You'll partner closely with product to translate complex platform capabilities—governance, RBAC, observability, integrations—into clear enterprise value propositions.
A critical focus is building compelling narratives around Writer's security and compliance story (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO certifications) for buyers in regulated industries. You will conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market research to sharpen differentiation against point solutions and broader AI platforms. Collaboration across demand generation, content, and customer marketing teams ensures consistent platform messaging throughout the buyer journey.
You bring 6+ years of product marketing experience with at least two years focused on platform, infrastructure, or IT/security products in B2B SaaS. You have a proven track record bringing complex technical products to market with clear positioning for both technical and business audiences. You understand enterprise IT buyer dynamics—how deals move through security review, procurement, and IT governance. Your sales enablement instincts are strong; you build assets that actually get used in the field. You communicate exceptionally well in writing and can make governance architecture sound like a competitive advantage. Familiarity with the enterprise AI or agentic AI landscape is a strong plus.
