ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for its Platform and Data portfolio—the infrastructure, identity, data, and entity-resolution capabilities that power the company's compliance and financial crime prevention platform. This role reports to the VP of Product Marketing and is one of two product marketing hires building out a newly-forming function. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, launch execution, and enablement for the Platform and Data portfolio, translating a strategically-driven, technical roadmap into narratives that resonate with Sales, analysts, and prospects. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end product marketing for Platform and Data, from early roadmap conversations through general availability and beyond - Translate technical, infrastructure-level capabilities into narratives that non-technical audiences can understand and act on - Lead the migration narrative, partnering with the Migration Tooling squad to help prospects and customers transition from legacy systems to ComplyAdvantage's Mesh platform - Own launch planning and execution, deciding what earns a flagship moment versus what ships as a quiet release - Manage website content and co-marketing initiatives with technology and identity-verification partners that integrate with the platform - Contribute to competitive intelligence and win-loss analysis across the Product Marketing team - Serve as the primary product marketing voice for the US market, ComplyAdvantage's fastest-growing region - Partner with Product Directors as a peer, influencing priorities through buyer feedback, competitive dynamics, and win-loss signals rather than authority - Incorporate AI-assisted workflows into your own work for research synthesis, competitive analysis, and positioning development This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with no direct reports today, but with real ownership from day one and room to grow into expanded scope as the Product Marketing team and portfolio mature. You will help shape the company's structured, phased launch process as it evolves. Success milestones include: understanding the portfolio and partner ecosystem within 60 days; running launches independently and owning website and partner marketing cadence within 4 months; and demonstrating measurable impact—such as a successful launch, partner-generated pipeline, or narrative shift in how Sales positions the platform—within 8 months. ComplyAdvantage is a London-headquartered fintech company backed by Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Goldman Sachs, and Andreessen Horowitz. The company serves more than 3,000 enterprises across 75 countries with an end-to-end compliance platform powered by AI and agentic automation. REQUIREMENTS: Essential: - 5–8 years of overall professional experience, including 2–4+ years in product marketing - Experience at a high-growth, multi-product technology company; comfortable marketing a portfolio rather than a single product - Demonstrated ownership of a launch or major narrative/content project end-to-end (positioning, enablement, go-to-market) with general guidance rather than close oversight - Strong independence and autonomy, with good judgment about when to run with something and when to escalate - Ability to translate technical, infrastructure-level product capability into narratives that non-technical audiences (Sales, prospects, analysts) can use - Excellent written and verbal communication - Comfort operating in a regulated, technical B2B environment, translating product and engineering input into content a commercial audience can act on - Demonstrable AI adoption in your own working practice; already using it to work differently, not just interested in it Preferred: - 5–7+ years specifically in product marketing - Experience in fintech, security, or identity markets - Experience marketing AI or agentic tools, platforms, or features - Experience marketing technical or infrastructure/data products, translating engineering-level capability into commercial narrative - Familiarity with win-loss and competitive intelligence practices - Experience owning or contributing to company website content - Experience with partner marketing or co-marketing programs
