Campfire is a Series B AI-native core accounting platform replacing outdated ERP systems for mid-market finance teams. You'll own and grow Campfire's social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit, turning these channels into credible, high-impact marketing assets.
You'll develop and execute the social strategy and content calendar with clear KPIs tied to reach, engagement, community growth, and assisted pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and publishing posts, adapting video content with the Content and Storytelling teams, and managing YouTube channel operations (titles, thumbnails, playlists, Shorts, community posts). You'll build Campfire's Reddit strategy by identifying relevant communities, participating transparently and helpfully, and tracking how that presence influences AI-generated answers.
You'll run executive and employee social programs, including ghostwriting and coaching for founders and leaders, employee advocacy initiatives, and launch amplification. Community management and social listening are core to the role—you'll respond to comments, escalate issues appropriately, and route insights to Product, Product Marketing, and Support teams. You'll partner with Influencer Marketing on creator amplification and with Paid Media on organic-to-paid transitions (boosting, thought-leader ads).
Monthly reporting on channel performance and continuous testing of new formats are expected. Success in the first 30 days means auditing channels and audience, publishing a social strategy with cadence and KPI framework, launching an executive social program with at least two leaders, and establishing an active Reddit playbook with the SEO & AEO Manager.
