You'll be the execution engine behind go-to-market strategy as a Growth Marketing Associate. This is a generalist role with significant scope for early-career growth: you'll write original copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and web; own field marketing end-to-end (planning and running dinners, conferences, and customer events); partner with sales on outbound and ABM campaigns; develop product expertise to craft compelling narratives for CIO and IT leadership audiences; track performance across channels; and rapidly iterate on what works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing high-volume original copy across multiple channels while maintaining consistent voice
- Owning field marketing from conception through follow-up (venue selection, invite lists, event execution)
- Building assets and sequences for ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts
- Translating technical product capabilities into stories that resonate with senior IT buyers
- Analyzing campaign performance and reallocating resources from underperforming initiatives
- Moving quickly to test ideas and kill what doesn't work
You'll work from the office by Penn Station, five days per week, alongside the founding team. Travel to events is required as business needs dictate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally including field marketing or demand generation at a B2B company
- Strong writing ability with range across punchy social posts and longer technical narratives
- Personable and skilled at networking; able to work a room at customer dinners and conferences
- Exceptional attention to detail in event logistics, campaign QA, and copy proofing
- Self-directed; comfortable taking ambiguous goals and delivering work independently
- Technical grounding (CS/engineering background, technical coursework, or experience at a technical company) sufficient to understand and credibly communicate the product
- Analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards to inform decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
