Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company building NodeZero, an autonomous platform that safely executes real attack techniques in production to help organizations find exploitable weaknesses, validate remediation, and prove resilience across internal networks, cloud environments, identities, and external attack surfaces.
You will own the go-to-market engine for NodeZero's Internal and Cloud Pentesting portfolio, reporting to the VP of Corporate & Product Marketing. This is a strategic role that bridges security executives and practitioners, requiring you to shape how Horizon3 explains, launches, sells, and expands capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
**Portfolio Strategy & GTM Ownership**: Develop end-to-end product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for Internal and Cloud Pentesting. Define the portfolio narrative across internal networks, Active Directory, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and hybrid-cloud attack paths. Translate the "hack, fix, verify, repeat" operating model into clear value propositions for CISOs, security leaders, SecOps, ITOps, cloud-security, identity, and offensive-security teams. Build persona-specific messaging for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments. Develop annual and quarterly GTM plans connecting product priorities to pipeline creation, win-rate improvement, and customer adoption.
**Technical Product Marketing & Content**: Turn complex offensive-security capabilities into technically credible, commercially useful stories. Develop proof-first content including solution briefs, technical blogs, buyer's guides, product pages, demo narratives, webinars, customer stories, and analyst materials. Build a repeatable library of evidence around production safety, agentless deployment, recurring testing, attack-path visibility, and remediation verification. Collaborate with Attack Research, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn new capabilities and customer outcomes into compelling market-facing content.
**Field Enablement & Revenue Impact**: Own technical enablement for account executives, SDRs, solutions engineers, customer success teams, and channel partners. Create sales plays, discovery guides, qualification frameworks, competitive responses, battlecards, demo scripts, and training materials. Help the field differentiate autonomous pentesting from vulnerability scanning and other point solutions. Equip sellers to connect practitioner-level proof to executive outcomes. Partner with Demand Generation and Sales Operations to activate campaigns and measure pipeline contribution.
**Product Partnership & Market Intelligence**: Serve as the market and customer voice for the portfolio, bringing buyer needs, competitive pressure, and field feedback into product planning. Partner with Product Management and Engineering on launches and roadmap investments.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Attack Research, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and channel teams. The company is remote-first and requires a minimum 25Mbps broadband connection.
