WEKA is the AI data and memory infrastructure company transforming how organizations build, run, and scale AI. NeuralMesh™ combines high-performance data storage and extended GPU memory in a single software platform for training, inference, and agentic AI workloads. The company is pre-IPO, growth-stage, backed by world-class venture capital, and trusted by 30% of the Fortune 50 plus leading hyperscalers and AI builders. You'll own WEKA's inference business proposition for organizations running inference at scale, including AI clouds and service providers. This is an early-stage product marketing role focused on a market, not a single product. You'll define how WEKA wins in inference across the full NeuralMesh portfolio, starting with Augmented Memory Grid (which extends GPU memory and changes the economics of serving models at scale) and extending to NeuralMesh Axon (model-weight loading and checkpointing) and agentic data services. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Alliances, and Marketing. You'll collaborate with platform, technical, partner, compete, and industry product marketers, and work directly with early customers and design partners who run inference at scale: AI-native companies, model builders, enterprises putting AI into production, and AI clouds and service providers. Key responsibilities include: defining WEKA's positioning, messaging, value propositions, priority use cases, and competitive differentiation for AI inference; owning the core proposition for AI clouds and service providers; recruiting and supporting design partners and early adopters; defining and quantifying WEKA's economic value across GPU utilization, time-to-first-token, throughput, concurrency, tokens per GPU, and cost per token; partnering with Technical Marketing and Engineering to turn benchmarks and deployments into credible proof; acting as a strategic partner to Product in building winning inference solutions; leading product marketing for new inference capabilities and integrations; personally developing high-impact content including blogs, web pages, solution briefs, presentations, and customer stories; turning winning patterns into repeatable sales plays and enablement; representing WEKA's inference story with customers, analysts, press, and industry audiences; and tracking early signals of product-market fit including validated ideal customer profile, design partner engagement, lighthouse customers, and win rates. You're a product marketer who loves the early stage and would rather shape a new market proposition than optimize an existing playbook. You combine strong product marketing fundamentals with technical depth to understand how inference works: serving frameworks, KV cache, GPU memory hierarchies, time-to-first-token, multitenant GPU infrastructure, and cost-per-token tradeoffs. You can engage deeply with ML infrastructure engineers and build economic arguments for CFOs. You're comfortable with a blank page and treat positioning, segments, and use cases as hypotheses to test. You're an excellent writer and storyteller who turns early customer results into proof, preferring specific numbers and named customers over broad claims. You stay close to customers, Product, and the market, watching how inference architectures, buyers, competitors, and budgets change. You measure success by early customer impact and building repeatable motions. QUALIFICATIONS: - 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution marketing, or closely related role in enterprise technology - Demonstrated experience taking a new product, category, market proposition, or business from early stage to traction at a startup or as a new venture inside a larger company - Strong product marketing fundamentals across customer discovery, positioning and messaging, content development, launches, and go-to-market strategy - Working knowledge of AI inference and infrastructure behind it, including accelerated computing, model serving, GPU memory, data infrastructure, and performance and cost dynamics of running models in production - Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand infrastructure architectures, benchmarks, and product capabilities, then translate them into clear customer value for technical and business audiences - Demonstrated ability to build quantified economic value arguments such as TCO, ROI, or cost-per-unit models, and defend them with technical and executive audiences - Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills with demonstrated experience personally creating high-quality content such as solution briefs, presentations, web content, blogs, whitepapers, or sales tools - Proven ability to work directly with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and customers, and turn input from multiple stakeholders into clear point of view and high-quality deliverables - Experience marketing to AI-native companies, ML/AI platform teams, cloud or service providers, or enterprise infrastructure buyers is a strong plus - Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and moving quickly from idea to finished work - Strong, evidence-driven business judgment with ability to prioritize work most likely to validate the market and drive early traction - Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by market and product strategy that can evolve quickly - Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience - Located in North America with ability to travel up to 25%
