Sourcegraph is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategy and execution for a $50M ARR developer infrastructure platform. The role sits at the intersection of go-to-market and technical teams, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will own end-to-end product marketing initiatives including messaging frameworks, product launches, sales enablement, and demand generation alignment. Your core responsibility is translating Sourcegraph's deep technical capabilities—Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes—into clear market narratives that resonate with developer and engineering leader audiences at enterprises like Stripe, Uber, OpenAI, and JP Morgan. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and own messaging frameworks and positioning - Lead product releases and launches from conception through execution - Create sales enablement assets and drive sales team alignment - Partner with Demand Generation and Developer Relations on high-impact campaigns - Establish operating rhythms with go-to-market and engineering teams - Drive initiatives that directly influence pipeline generation and deal velocity - Attribute marketing activities to revenue impact and shape GTM strategy Within the first month, you'll ramp on product and market landscape, build trust with cross-functional teams, and identify quick wins. By three months, you'll have established messaging frameworks and led your first launches. Within six months, you'll make launches repeatable and drive high-impact initiatives. By year one, you'll be shaping GTM strategy and raising the bar for product marketing across the organization. Sourcegraph is backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, operating as a globally distributed team. The company is focused on providing engineering organizations visibility and control over complex codebases as agentic development becomes the dominant paradigm. You must have 25+ hours/week overlap with Pacific Time; preference for US West Coast residents but applications welcome from qualified candidates anywhere.
