Warp is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise to own the go-to-market strategy for bringing Warp into engineering organizations. Warp is an agentic development environment that evolved from a reimagined terminal into a full platform for dispatching AI agents to code, deploy, and debug production software. The company also offers Oz, an orchestration platform for running cloud agents at scale. With 750k+ active developers at companies including Docker, Ramp, Peloton, and over half the Fortune 500, Warp is one of the fastest-growing startups in the AI development space.
In this role, you will define how Warp wins the enterprise by shaping the narrative for VPs of Engineering and platform teams, building assets that move deals, and converting bottoms-up developer adoption into company-wide deployments. You will craft messaging and positioning for technical buying committees, arm Sales with competitive battlecards and enablement tools, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams.
Key responsibilities include: owning enterprise positioning and messaging that demonstrates measurable ROI, security, and compliance; building the sales narrative and competitive enablement; driving enterprise product launches in partnership with Product; converting individual developer adoption into enterprise expansion; conducting win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence; and developing proof points like case studies and ROI benchmarks.
You will report to the Head of Growth and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can hold both the developer and engineering leader audiences simultaneously, with deep empathy for developers, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
