Altruist is transforming the wealth management industry with an AI platform for financial advisors. As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Core & Lending products, you will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for key platform launches and lead cross-functional alignment. You will drive customer and market insights through qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research, translating findings into clear ICP definitions, segmentation strategies, and actionable GTM approaches. You'll develop positioning frameworks, value propositions, and messaging for core products and platform capabilities, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints. Launch management is central to the role: you'll lead planning and execution for new features and product initiatives, partner with Design to produce high-quality launch and sales assets, and manage stakeholder reviews and approvals. You'll also partner with Product and Marketing to design and execute prospecting, onboarding, and lifecycle programs across web, email, webinars, and events, continuously experimenting to reduce time-to-value and increase adoption. Measurement and optimization are critical—you'll partner with Product and BI to define success metrics, build dashboards, monitor performance, and act quickly on insights to improve KPIs. You'll collaborate with Comms and Content to develop narratives, POVs, and thought leadership content that reinforce Altruist's product leadership and differentiation. Finally, you'll equip Sales and customer-facing teams with compelling collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and case studies, creating feedback loops to inform product and marketing strategy. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco FiDi office, requiring three days per week in-office. You'll report to the Director of Product Marketing and work closely with Product, Design, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
