Monzo is a fintech company on a mission to make money work for everyone, transforming traditional banking through digital innovation. The company has grown from a prepaid card to offering personal and business bank accounts, savings, investments, pensions, and credit products across the UK, with expansion into Europe underway. You'll join as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Business Banking, a senior individual contributor role (not managing people) with end-to-end ownership of product marketing for major product areas. At Monzo, Product Marketing is embedded upstream in product-market fit, working closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Designers, User Researchers, and Sales teams to bring customer and market voice into product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. Two primary tracks are available: (1) Business Banking EU—defining how Monzo Business Banking succeeds in new European markets by understanding local customer needs, building locally-relevant propositions, and coordinating launches across Product, Growth, and Marketing; or (2) Business Banking UK—shaping positioning, sales enablement, and adoption strategies for the rapidly-growing UK business banking product serving over 1 million businesses. Key responsibilities include: setting one-year Product Marketing strategy for major product areas, connecting customer insight and market opportunity to measurable business outcomes; developing differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks used across launches and customer journeys; driving competitive intelligence and market insights; defining launch strategies and go-to-market plans; and enabling Sales with positioning, collateral, and training. You'll sit at the intersection of Product and commercial teams, translating customer insight into positioning and propositions that drive adoption. This role requires high autonomy, strong customer and market insight translation skills, and comfort working across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing fintech environment.
