Workstream is a mission-driven Series B HR, payroll, and hiring platform built specifically for the hourly workforce. With 2.7 billion hourly workers making up 80% of the global workforce, the company is addressing a massive underserved market. Customers include leading QSR brands like Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, and KFC. The company is backed by top-tier VCs including Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.
You will join as Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting directly to revenue leadership and managing a team of 3 PMMs. This is a high-leverage role owning positioning, product launches, and sales enablement as the platform expands from hiring into payroll, HR, and AI products.
Key responsibilities include:
**Positioning & Messaging**: Own how Workstream is described across the website, sales decks, and initial customer conversations. Test core narrative questions (restaurant-first vs. broader frontline-workforce story) through real experiments rather than opinions.
**Product Launches**: Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including an AI assistant for frontline teams and the expanding payroll suite. Own messaging, launch planning, pricing & packaging input, and post-launch iteration.
**Sales Enablement**: Build battlecards, competitive teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof points that help account executives win deals. Listen to sales calls weekly and iterate messaging based on market feedback.
**Customer Proof & Content**: Transform customers into case studies, video stories, and webinars in collaboration with content and design teams.
**AI-Powered Execution**: Leverage AI agents for research, drafting, and analysis to move at a pace that would have required a full team previously.
The role is 4-5 days per week in-office in Lehi. The company supports relocation and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of a high-growth platform serving a massive, underserved market.
