Relevance AI is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to establish and lead the company's product marketing function. This is the first dedicated PMM role at the company, offering high scope and hands-on impact.
Relevance AI builds an AI workforce platform enabling teams to create and manage intelligent agents that handle workflows, decisions, and collaboration. The platform powers industry leaders including Canva, Databricks, Confluent, Autodesk, Lightspeed, Rakuten, Aveva, Qualified, and Activision Blizzard. The company raised Series B funding in April 2025 and was named LinkedIn's #1 Startup in Australia in 2025.
In this role, you will define platform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. You'll translate complex AI capabilities into clear customer value stories that drive pipeline, adoption, expansion, and retention. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for the platform
- Build deep understanding of ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and personas
- Own end-to-end go-to-market planning for product launches and feature announcements
- Create product marketing assets: product pages, datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and explainers
- Build sales enablement tools and training to help the sales team communicate product value
- Partner with demand generation on content and campaigns to create and accelerate pipeline
- Develop lifecycle and expansion campaigns to improve activation, adoption, and retention
- Represent the product at customer meetings, trade shows, webinars, and speaking events
- Gather customer and competitive insights to inform product strategy and positioning
- Measure performance of product marketing programs and iterate based on data
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
You'll report directly to the CMO and work across distributed teams in San Francisco and Sydney. The role requires strong cross-functional influence without formal authority, startup agility, and genuine curiosity about AI and agentic automation.
Ideal candidates have 4-8+ years of B2B SaaS or AI product marketing experience, with direct ownership of go-to-market strategy, messaging, and launches. Experience marketing technical products, exposure to AI/automation/developer tools, and a track record of creating sales enablement assets that drive revenue are highly valued. Exceptional storytelling, writing, and content creation skills are essential. You should be comfortable moving fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution.
