HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven solutions for coronary artery disease diagnosis and management. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive cardiac test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries and blood flow impact. The platform is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients worldwide.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the workflow-oriented capabilities of the HeartFlow platform. This is a strategic role focused on translating complex clinical and administrative workflow features into compelling value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
**Positioning and Messaging:** Develop and maintain differentiated messaging for how HeartFlow platform capabilities improve clinical workflows (ordering, reporting, care coordination, referrals). Translate workflow-level product features into tailored value propositions for cardiologists, radiologists, interventional cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital administrators, and health system IT/operations stakeholders. Own core messaging documents, positioning frameworks, and persona-based narratives. Gather customer, KOL, and field team input on workflow pain points to inform product and messaging direction.
**Go-to-Market and Launches:** Lead GTM planning and execution for new workflow features and platform enhancements, including launch plans, sales enablement, and customer-facing collateral. Partner with Product Management to translate upcoming workflow capabilities into market-ready narratives. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure consistent workflow messaging across all customer touchpoints. Monitor market and competitive trends in clinical workflow tools.
**Sales and Field Enablement:** Build and maintain sales tools for workflow solutions including demo scripts, workflow diagrams, ROI/value materials, and case studies. Train sales and clinical teams on positioning workflow capabilities in the field. Support field teams as a subject matter resource on workflow-related questions during active deals. Own workflow-specific content including solution briefs, workflow journey maps, web content, webinars, and conference materials.
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years in product marketing or downstream marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, medtech, or other regulated/technical sales environments
- Proven experience launching products in multi-stakeholder, complex environments with demonstrated adoption of sales enablement content by field sales organizations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to build rapport with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical workflow details into concise, actionable messaging for sales conversations
- Preferred: Healthcare, medical device, or diagnostic industry background
